QC checklist for Oopbuy finds

Use this before a listing makes the final shortlist. It is plain on purpose. The goal is to catch obvious problems, not make every item feel like homework.

Photos

  • There are enough angles to judge shape, stitching, labels, hardware, or print placement.
  • Lighting does not hide the material texture or color.
  • Detail photos match the product being sold, not a different version.

Measurements

  • Size charts use real measurements, not only generic S/M/L labels.
  • You compare against an item you own, especially for pants, jackets, hoodies, and shoes.
  • The listing makes sense for the fit you want: oversized, cropped, slim, wide, or relaxed.

Listing quality

  • The product title, images, and options describe the same item.
  • Variant choices are clear enough that you know which color or model you are selecting.
  • The listing does not rely on one perfect promo image while hiding the actual details.

Haul fit

  • You can explain why the item belongs in this haul.
  • The weight, size risk, and overlap with other items are acceptable.
  • You have a note for anything that needs a second look later.
